Custom Flyer Services

Recognizing that many builders and developers, as well as agents who wish to set themselves apart from the competition, have specific requirements, we are proud to offer custom email flyer services. Simply send us your custom flyer and we will load it into your account.

Since our mission and system is focused solely on helping Real Estate Agents locate and/or sell properties, it is important to note that we only allow flyers for real estate agent property listings and builder/developer projects with the one exception being CE credit education flyers. We DO NOT allow referral, private investor, for sale by owner, recruitment, or any type of third-party flyers. If you are a third-party provider offering services such as mortgages, inspections, handyman, staging, etc. we invite you to add your business and/or service to our free Agent Resource Directory.

Custom Flyer Setup Instructions

The turnaround time for custom flyers is one to two business days, so please plan accordingly.

Create an account.
Log in and purchase a credit or credits.
Send an email to customs (at) fastemailflyers (dot) com
1. Attach your custom flyer to the email (we will accept almost any format including HTML, Word, Publisher, PDF, JPEG, etc.).
2. In your email message state that, "This is a custom flyer for account [FirstName] [LastName]."
Within one to two business days you will receive an email notification that your custom flyer has been loaded into your account.
Follow the instructions in that email for logging into your account, proofing, and sending your custom flyer.
Once the flyer has been fully distributed it will show up under your "Flyer History" on the Member's Homepage.

Additional Notes on Our Custom Flyer Services

We do not provide design or edit services. We simply take your completed flyer and format it for an HTML email message and load it into your account.
For agent property listing flyers make certain to include the price, address, MLS number, and a contact email address.
For builder/developer flyers make sure to include the agent co-broke and a contact email address.
You may also include website links on the flyer.
For effective marketing and quality purposes, please limit your flyer to one page in any of the aforementioned formats.
