1. Do I need to provide my own email list?

  • No, we provide the email list of agents and update them on a regular basis.

2. How many Real Estate Agents will receive my email flyer?

  • That is dependent on the size of your local association's membership roster and how many of those agents provided a valid email address.  For detailed information regarding the number of agents on each region's list please visit the Regional Pricing page.

4. Is there a discount for resends?

  • Our quantity pricing is already so far below our competitors that when you factor in the original and resend cost you actually come out way ahead of other flyer companies who tend to jack up the price of the original and then discount the resend.

5. Can I send a flyer copy to my client so they are aware of how hard I am working to sell their property?

  • Absolutely!  We do not embed any Real Estate Agent Only views in your flyer and we heavily encourage you to send your client a copy.  As a matter of fact, we even provide a couple of optional "CC" fields in the design process.

6. Do I also get a web page with my flyer?

  • Yes, any flyer that you send also includes a web page link.  Simply log in to your account and click the "View Flyer" link next to the applicable sent flyer to obtain the web page address.

7. Can I create a custom flyer?

  • Yes, we recognize that some agents like to "set themselves apart" from the competition and that brokers, builders, and developers have unique requirements.  For more detailed information please visit the Custom Flyer Page.

8. I am a builder/developer, can I use my own custom flyer?

9. I am a broker, can I send Broker Open Announcements and Recruitment Flyers?

  • Unfortunately, we cannot send recruitment flyers flyers due to the fact that most of the large brokerages block the mail servers of companies that send them, which would result in large numbers of agents being bounced off the database list.

10. I am not a Real Estate Agent, but provide related services -- can I send a flyer to offer my services and/or products?

  • Our focus and system is primarily directed at property listings only, which keeps us in compliance with federal and state laws.

11. I am concerned about SPAM laws, is Fast Email Flyers compliant?

  • Fast Email Flyers is fully compliant with the National CAN-SPAM Act.  We only use membership rosters provided by your local association, and as such, are not required to preface the subject line with "ADV" since this is considered a business to business communication.  Compliance requires us to provide an easy to find "Unsubscribe Link," which we do at the bottom of each flyer, in addition to a phone number and address, which can be found on our contact page.  It is also worth noting that, although, the CAN-SPAM Act requires us to honor remove requests within 10 days, we actually guarantee to remove such requests within 24 hours or less.  Because of our automated system, you will most likely be removed immediately.

12. Will I get in trouble with my Real Estate Association or State for sending email flyers?

  • While Fast Email Flyers is fully CAN-SPAM Act compliant, it is the sole responsibility of agents utilizing our service to ensure that they are compliant with all local and state laws as well as local associations regarding email correspondence.

13. Can I send my flyers to other regions?

  • We do not allow cross-region flyers for numerous reasons; none-the-least because it causes agents to unsubscribe in very large numbers, which ultimately hurts the integrity of the overall database list size for the local agents.  The simple fact is that the vast majority of agents do not want flyers from out-of-state or other regions where they do not work.

    We understand that some companies allow cross-region flyers, but we also know from experience that their lists are significantly smaller because of that practice.  We are much more interested in the integrity of the eflyer business rather than making as much money as we can by blasting your flyers to half the country when it is just not logical.  If an agent listed someone's home that was moving to your region, they would not be actively working with that client for the simple reason that they are unlicensed in your state and/or region.  When an agent lists a property, or has a client that informs them that they are moving to your region, they will immediately set up a referral with an agent in your area.  Consequently, your flyer would be of no interest to 99.9% of those agents.

    The only logical reason why you would want to send a flyer out of your region is if you could somehow target the general public. Otherwise, you are literally trying to hit a "needle in the haystack," and being sold a bill of goods by a few unscrupulous flyer companies.

    Taking your hard-earned money for sending cross-region flyers, when we know that you have almost a zero chance of selling a property through those means, would be nothing short of irresponsible and not acting in good faith.  We think you could find much more effective ways to use that money to promote your listings -- such as a small ad in the other region's newspaper, which could reach hundreds of thousands, and in some cases, millions of potential buyers?  Most newspapers make it very easy and economical to get your listing in front of huge numbers of potential buyers by filling out quick online ads like this one from the LA Times.

14. What type of flyers can I send?

  • Since our mission and system is focused solely on helping Real Estate Agents locate and/or sell properties, it is important to note that we only allow flyers for real estate agent property listings and builder/developer projects with the one exception being CE credit education flyers. We DO NOT allow referral, private investor, for sale by owner, recruitment, or any type of third-party flyers.

15. Do you provide tracking data or statistics for deliverable and viewed flyers?

  • Providing tracking data requires a "web bug," which is a small transparent image (or an image of the same color of the background), to be embedded in a HTML email message. Whenever the user opens the message, the image or other information is downloaded. This download requires the email program to request the image from the server storing it. As a result, the organization running the server is informed when the email message has been viewed.

    Unfortunately, this method of tracking is extremely unreliable since many email readers and web based email services will not load images when opening a HTML email from an unknown sender. The user must explicitly choose to load images. As a result of these measures, web bugs cannot be relied upon to accurately count read rates for email campaigns. Worse yet, many ISPs are now filtering email messages that contain a web bug at the server level resulting in 50% or more of email never reaching the end user. Due to the unreliability, as well as ISPs blocking email that contain a web bug, we do not provide tracking statistics.
